Ideas?

I'm looking for ideas for inexpensive ways to provide incentives to our students for collecting Box Tops for Education, Labels for Education, recycling projects, etc.  They do a great job collecting and I'd like to do say "thank you."  We have a 47% poverty level and don't like to plan too many after-school activities due to potential transportation issues for some children.
