Reflections Program and Special Needs students

Hi!  I am a parent of a son with multiple special needs.  I am also the PTA President for our school which is all special needs ages 5 to 21.  We have about 90 students.

I am wanting to get input from PTAs and parents on how they feel about not having a Special Needs division for National Reflections program.  I would like to see this changed.  I don't think it is fair to any of the students who are entering this great program to have a student, like my son to come in and enter in their division.  My son is 15, but he functions at the 6-7 yr old level. 

Please give me your input and thoughts!  I am considering bringing this up at the National PTA Convention and need more input from you all!  Thanks so much in advance!
